  • Does RoofServiceNow provide leads?

    RoofServiceNow helps you get in front of lots of customers looking for pros like you. That’s free. You only pay for leads you take and only one contractor takes the lead.

  • So what is a lead?

    A customer who submits a job order in RoofServiceNow Customer portal for fulfillment by a contractor. The customer has the option of directly choosing you from a list or opts to have the first contractor respond to the job order. Leads are

    • Customer creating a job order
    • Customer booking an appointment

    After that, it’s up to you to respond quickly and professionally, and show the customer you’re the best pro for the job.

  • What affects cost? NOTHING!

    Unlike other lead services, RoofServiceNow believes in forging a win-win partnership with you and charges a single, low rate for all repairs orders and a fixed, low rate for new/reroofs types. Unlike other lead service price leads based on a variable cost models, with RoofServiceNow you know exactly the cost of the qualified lead when you take it.

  • When you pay?

    It’s simple! You pay when you take the qualified job order submitted by the customer or the customer chooses you when they submit the job order and you take it. You will be able to chat with customer, call them, share pictures and documents, provide estimates, and payments all via the job order.

  • Control your spending?

    You’re truly in charge of how much you spend! You know exactly the cost of the leads and you are in charge of when you take a lead. It’s up to you of how many job orders you want to take or can handle. You can define a wallet budget that you draw down as you take leads. Or don’t have a wallet budget and pay for each lead at the time you take each lead. For instance, you don’t have a wallet budget and want to take one job order repair lead.

  • Payments

  • Which are the accepted payment methods?

    A part of your registration with RoofServiceNow, you need to save at least one credit or debit card to your account. The card will be used to pay for the job order leads you take, when ordering roof reports, when ordering your targeted postcard mailing, and order services.

  • Add a credit card?

    1. Go to your Profile page.

    2. Select Add a credit card in Payments Section.

    3. Enter your credit card information and select Add credit card.

    You’ll see a message letting you know you’ve successfully added your card.

  • Anything else I need to know about payments?

    A few extra tips about payments :

    • To remove a card, go to your Profile and update the fields and Save.

    • We use Stripe to process all credit card transactions. Learn more about how Stripe protects your information.

    • Your credit card or bank statement may show charges from Stripe. The charges will update automatically (usually within 24 hours) to show they’re from RoofServiceNow.
